01How does the free first session work?
Simply send me an email and we'll arrange an hour together at no cost. There's no obligation to continue, no forms to fill, and no awkward sales conversation at the end. It's just a conversation.
02How often would we meet?
That's entirely up to you. Most of my clients meet with me once a week, some every fortnight, and others as needed. You set the pace and you can change it anytime.
03Are my sessions confidential?
Completely. Everything shared in our sessions stays between us. I don't keep records that could be accessed by third parties, and I will never share anything without your explicit consent.
04What if I'm not sure therapy is right for me?

06What platform do we use for sessions?
We meet over Zoom or WhatsApp whichever you're more comfortable with. If you'd prefer a voice-only call without video, that's completely fine too. All you need is a quiet space and a stable internet connection.
07What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life abroad is unpredictable and I understand that. Just let me know in advance and we'll find another time that works. I ask for at least 24 hours notice where possible, but I'll always try to be flexible.
08Do you only work with individuals or can couples reach out too?
My practice focuses on individual therapy. However if you're experiencing relationship strain as a result of migration, cultural differences or family pressure, those are absolutely things we can work through together in a one-on-one setting.
09What if things get serious - can you handle crisis situations?
I want to be honest with you here. For acute psychiatric conditions, addiction, or active suicidal thoughts, I will always refer you to a specialist or emergency service closer to where you live. My practice is dialogue-based therapy - and knowing its limits is part of doing it responsibly.
10Can I communicate with you between sessions?
I'm not able to offer crisis support between sessions, but if something comes up that you'd like to flag before we next meet, a brief email is always fine. I'll do my best to acknowledge it and we can pick it up properly in our next session together.
